Need information about the missing Giuseppe Pedrazzini 1924 violin last seen with a person of Aleksei Sobolevsky

This violin, Giuseppe Pedrazzini 1924, has been missing since 13th September, 2009 when the violin was last seen in Tokyo with a person of Aleksei Sobolevsky, Russian American, who went missing with the violin.

To be found carrying this violin without permission may involve the person in trouble. So please report to the owner promptly if you see this violin or if you have purchased this violin also.

Description:

The back is carved from two pieces of quarter-sawn maple with a soft medium curl which descends from the center joint. The sides are of similar maple. The scroll is carved from quarter-sawn maple with a softer and broader curl. The top is two pieces of spruce with fine straight grains and a distinctive flame-like figure which is most noticeable in the lower treble bout. The varnish is a deep golden orange in color.
